Notes
PLDS (AS214507) is an independent, non-commercial networking research and educational initiative operated by SIA “Pūces datorsistēmas”, a RIPE NCC member/LIR based in Latvia.
We operate a geographically distributed IPv4/IPv6 network with multiple upstreams, a redundant BGP core, and GRE-connected edge nodes.
We maintain an open peering policy and welcome bilateral peering with other networks at mutual Internet Exchanges, including IPv4 and IPv6. We announce our own and authorized downstream prefixes, subject to IRR/RPKI-based routing policies.
Our work focuses on interconnection, routing security, traffic engineering, network resilience, and publicly shared technical research.
